Plant Manager

We have been retained to find a Plant Manager for a fast-paced fresh cut produce processing facility. This is a privately held company with a track record of fast growth.

The Plant Manager will have responsibility for a 190-person plant. Leads and develops a vision for the plant, a road map to get there and hold the team accountable. Develop process and systems to create sustainable results.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

BS degree
Must have experience in Produce and ideally experience with Fresh-Cut Produce plant leadership experience
Hands-on out on the floor style leading the development of the team
Developer of people, process and systems
Track record of delivering results using KPI’s and CI programs such as Lean Manufacturing
