Plant Director

We have been retained to fill a Plant Director role in a large food and beverage facility in North Carolina.

This person will have responsibility for a 500+ person plant with a complex group of products and high-speed production and packaging lines.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

Servant leadership style with a coaching and mentoring approach
History of developing people, process, and systems
Track record of utilizing TPM, Lean or similar Continuous Improvement Programs to achieve results
Ability to create a vision for the plant, a road map to get there, and hold people accountable
Hands-on out on the floor leader who understands the problems of the people and helps leaders prioritize their opportunities
