The Director of Manufacturing leads all US manufacturing operations for a frozen food branded company with strong seasonal and agricultural roots.

This role drives operational excellence through a focus on safety and continuous improvement.  The DM builds a high‑performance culture, rooted in collaboration and ensures products are produced to the highest standards of food safety, quality, and cost efficiency. The DM partners closely with all departments to support company’s mission and values with the end goal being to deliver reliable production while preparing the organization for future growth.

Director of Manufacturing ensures operational readiness during peak seasonal volumes while building scalable, resilient teams and systems that support year‑round distribution and long‑term growth.
