Operations Manager

Come to work for a company who has great leadership and a lot of opportunity to get better on the Operations side of the business. They have grown exponentially over the last 10 years and have a great trajectory going forward. We need candidates who desire to fast track to a Plant Director role.

This role has 2 direct reports and approximately 225 indirect hourly. This is a hands-on out of the floor role coaching and mentoring front line leaders, helping with priorities and solving problems. This is a very fast paced plant with a fast turn of product from incoming raw materials to finished goods.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

BS degree
Must have food or beverage manufacturing experience leading production operations
Must have some Spanish speaking skills with a preference for Bilingual Spanish/English
Must have a servant leadership style with a coaching and mentoring approach
Strong grasp of how to drive Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost
