Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Servant leadership style
- Strong experience managing a large food or beverage manufacturing plant
- Track record of getting results through people, process, and systems
- Exposure to implementing Lean, TPM or Similar CI programs
- Ability to set a clear vision, develop a plan, and execute
- Sense of urgency and bias for action
