With 30 years of experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry, Gregg Greven has established himself as a trusted leader in executive search. As the founder of two search firms and the driving force behind Greven Executive Search since 2005, Gregg has played a pivotal role in helping companies build high-impact teams that drive sustainable success.

Throughout his career, Gregg has been a strategic hiring partner for Fortune 500 companies such as Frito-Lay, Coca-Cola, ConAgra Foods, and MillerCoors, as well as fast-growing brands like Clif Bar and TreeHouse Foods during their expansion phases. His expertise extends beyond placing top talent—he works closely with companies to transform their businesses through people, processes, and systems. His deep industry knowledge and extensive network have made him an invaluable resource for both established corporations and emerging, private equity-backed companies.
