Ideal candidates will have the following:

• BS Degree Science

• Experience leading FSQA in a food or beverage manufacturing company

• People first leadership with a coaching and mentoring style

• SQF, PCQI and HACCP certifications

• Strong communication across departments addressing food safety & quality

• Food Safety risk assessment
