Quality & Food Safety Manager

We have been retained to recruit for a Quality & Food Safety Manager for a company who has a great culture, great leadership and double-digit year over year growth for 10 years straight. They are the #1 brand in their category and the fastest growing.

This role will have complete responsibility for food safety and quality in a high-speed beverage plant. It has 1 supervisor, 4 leads and 12 technicians reporting into it.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

BS degree
Minimum of 5 years working in food safety and quality for a food or beverage manufacturing plant
Servant leadership style with a coaching and mentoring approach
SQF, PCQI and HACCP certifications
Experience with FDA
