Assistant Plant Manager

Great opportunity to run all of operations for a large complex food manufacturing Plant. This role is a bench strength role for future Plant Director opportunities within the company, the person who was in this role was just promoted. The team is 15+ salaried reporting directly with over 400 people reporting indirectly.

Ideal Candidates will have the following:

Minimum of 5 years of leadership over a large department or multiple departments in a large food manufacturing company
Strong people engagement skills coaching up managers and supervisors on the floor
Track record of delivering results in safety, quality productivity and cost
Experience implementing Lean, TPM or Similar CI programs
