Production Manager

Fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing beverage company bottling some of the fastest growing brands. This is an entrepreneurial get it done kind of place. Must have a hands-on lead from the floor approach.  This role leads all of production operations for the plant. You will also serve as the plant manager in their absence.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• Must have experience working as a Production Supervisor or manager of a food or beverage manufacturing facility
• Coaching and mentoring leadership style
• Track record of driving results in safety, quality, productivity, and cost
• Proactive problem solver who enjoys engaging the people
• Experience in soft drink canning or bottling is a plus
