Plant Director

We have been retained by a fast growing food company who is looking for a talented Plant Director!

The Plant Director will be an integral member of the executive leadership team and will be responsible for leading all aspects of manufacturing operations. This leader will drive operational excellence by maintaining a strong presence on the production floor, engaging employees at all levels, and fostering a culture focused on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• BS degree
• Servant leadership style with a coaching and mentoring approach
• Minimum of 15 years of experience leading operations in food manufacturing
• Previous Plant Manager or Plant Director experience with responsibility for large-scale manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated success driving operational excellence, productivity improvement, automation initiatives, and cost optimization programs.
• Proven track record of leading organizational change and developing high-performance cultures.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen with experience managing plant budgets and P&L performance.
