The plant manager will be building a strong leadership team with a coaching and mentoring servant leadership style who understands how to create a vision, give the support to achieve it and hold the team accountable.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Servant leadership style with an engaging hands-on approach
- Experience leading a food or beverage production team
- Understanding of KPI’s and how to drive results with the team
- Exposure to continuous improvement programs
- Developer of people, process and systems
- BS degree
