Warehouse Director

We have been retained to fill a Warehouse Director role for a food manufacturing company in the greater Indianapolis area.

The Warehouse director will have responsibility for 1 on-site warehouse and two off site 3rd party locations all in the Indianapolis area. This role has 1 Manager and 4 supervisors reporting directly with approximately 50 total people in the department.

Ideal candidates should have the following:

BS degree
Coaching and mentoring leadership style
Food or Beverage Manufacturing experience leading warehouse operations
History of leading warehouse operations to a higher level of safety, quality, productivity and cost
Ability to develop and implement warehouse strategies aligned with company objectives
Collaborate with Inventory Control, Procurement, Sales, and Slotting teams to ensure accurate inventory and optimal warehouse configuration
