ManufacturingEHS Manager
The EH&S Manager will plan and/or deliver programs to train leadership and employees in work site safety and environmental practices. This role will promote plant safety, environmental responsibility and sustainability stewardship by working with all departments to analyze current situations, recommend improvements and analyze data to identify trends and/or incident types that can be prevented.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- BS degree
- 5 years leading EHS in a Food or Beverage manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and understanding of OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations
- History of using Behavioral Based Safety Programs to lower recordables
- Knowledge of PSM programs for ammonia refrigeration systems
