Director of Manufacturing

We have been retained to find a Director of Manufacturing for a food manufacturing company in central Florida. This is a very technical facility with extraction, fermentation, grinding and powder blending operations. The plant has just over 200k sq ft with 125 employees and 26 salaried. This is a growing company in acquisition mode.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

BS degree in Engineering
Must have food or beverage manufacturing plant leadership experience
Strong leadership with a coaching and mentoring servant leadership style
Must have the technical capacity to understand complex processes
Exposure to Lean, TPM or similar CI Programs
History of achieving results utilizing KPI’s setting clear expectations with accountability
Problem solving ability
