Operations Manager

The Operations Manager leads the day-to-day execution of production, maintenance, and sanitation at the bakery and serves as part of the plant leadership team. This role supports and directs Production Supervisors, Maintenance Technicians, Mixing Operators, and Production Associates to ensure the bakery runs safely, efficiently, and consistently.

• Highly visible, hands-on leadership role focused on people, process, and performance
• You’ll spend time on the floor working with teams, solving problems, improving systems, and helping the operation get better every week
• This is a growing, family-run bakery with a mix of older and newer equipment
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, developing leaders, improving reliability, and scaling operations in a practical, roll-up-your-sleeves environment

Must have food or beverage operations leadership experience to be considered for the job.
