ManufacturingPlant Manager
We have been retained to fill a Plant Manager position for a growing food manufacturing company located in a Midwest metro area.
This role will lead efforts to strengthen people, processes, and systems within a facility of approximately 100 team members. It’s an excellent opportunity for a high-performing Operations, Production, or Continuous Improvement Manager ready to take the next step into full plant leadership.

Ideal candidates will have the following:
- A minimum of 10 years leading operations in a food manufacturing plant
- Must have experience developing people with a coaching mentoring approach
- Must have passion and energy for leading operations to higher levels
- Prefer candidates with some level of technical skills
- Prefer bakery manufacturing experience
