We have been retained to find an Operations Manager for a growing food and beverage company in the greater Indianapolis area. Join a talented people first leadership team with a servant leadership style. This facility is in the midst of a large expansion which will double output for the plant.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- BS degree with a preference for Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in food or beverage processing and packaging
- Servant leadership with a coaching and mentoring approach
- Experience with high-speed filling lines is preferred
- Track record of leading teams to high performance with KPI’s
- Exposure to CI Programs such as TPM, Lean or similar products
- Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new processes and systems
