Director of Safety

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years leading health & safety in manufacturing (multi-site experience required)
• Proven success building and standardizing corporate safety programs
• Deep knowledge of OSHA, risk management, and workers’ comp
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence across all levels
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and inspiring safety teams
• Professional safety certification (CSP or similar) preferred
