Director of Engineering

This position is the top engineering role in the company reporting to the VP of Operations. It has responsibility for planning, execution and leadership of all engineering activities for a four-plant food manufacturing company. This is a hands-on director role that requires a lot of time in the plants.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

BS Engineering
Minimum of 10 years leading engineering projects in food manufacturing
Greenfield or brownfield project and start-up leadership
People first leadership style
Experience leading all capital for a division or region of a large company or in entirety for a smaller company
Capability of presenting to the board and working on the plant floor solving problems
Track record of delivering results on large projects and overall ROI on CAPEX
