Plant Manager

We have been retained to find a Plant Manager for a high speed food processing and packaging plant with 250+ Nonunion employees. We need a leader who can coach up departmental managers and foster a continuous improvement mindset.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

BS Degree
Food or Beverage manufacturing plant leadership
Experience with Lean, TPM, WCM or similar CI Programs
Servant leadership style
History of achieving results by understanding and using KPI’s and metrics/data to help address gaps with the team
Hands-on coaching, mentoring and team building skills
