Ideal candidates will have the following:

BS degree in engineering
Experience managing an engineering team in a plant manufacturing environment with a strong preference for food or beverage manufacturing
Capital project management
Continuous improvement mindset with exposure to lean, TPM or similar programs
Reliability and maintenance program implementation
Process Improvement Projects
