Are you a Human Resources Manager looking for an opportunity to join a strong team in a critical role? Our client is looking for a new, action-biased, leader to work cross-functionally to support their HR functions, drive employee engagement, and assist in creating new learning and development programs.  This role will also have a focus on developing talent acquisition strategies.

  • Facilitate communication cross-functionally with team members, including executive leadership.

  • Foster a results oriented culture through effective coaching and implementation of performance management processes and tools

  • Facilitate the performance management process to ensure retention and employee development

  • Develop programs to position the company as an employer of choice in the community 

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA)

  • Minimum of 7 Years of Human Resources Management experience

  • Experience with talent acquisition

  • Exposure to a corporate environment

  • Food or Beverage Manufacturing experience
