Are you a Human Resources Manager looking for an opportunity to join a strong team in a critical role? Our client is looking for a new, action-biased, leader to work cross-functionally to support their HR functions, drive employee engagement, and assist in creating new learning and development programs. This role will also have a focus on developing talent acquisition strategies.
Facilitate communication cross-functionally with team members, including executive leadership.
Foster a results oriented culture through effective coaching and implementation of performance management processes and tools
Facilitate the performance management process to ensure retention and employee development
Develop programs to position the company as an employer of choice in the community
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA)
Minimum of 7 Years of Human Resources Management experience
Experience with talent acquisition
Exposure to a corporate environment
Food or Beverage Manufacturing experience
