Operations Manager

The Operations Manager has complete responsibility for manufacturing and distribution in the Tampa, FL plant.  This role will be developing a team as well as implementing process and systems to professionalize a long standing family owned company. 

The plant currently makes egg roll wraps, wontons and egg noodles and distributes them across Florida.  As the geographic are and the number of customers increase this person will scale the operation and distribution arm to provide a high quality product and a high level of customer service to the Southeast region. 

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • Experience in Asian food manufacturing

  • Production leadership in a plant making similar Asian food products (Wontons, Noodles, Egg Roll Wraps)

  • Bilingual in English along with Mandarin, Cantonese or Vietnamese is a huge plus

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Ability to develop relationships with corporate leaders, hourly employees and customers

  • Integration of business into a larger business
