PLANT MANAGER

This is a critical plant for a $2 Billion food company.  It makes both finished CPG product as well as ingredients for other internal facilities.  Fairly small in size and scope and they might be willing to hire a strong Operations Manager for this role. 

The company is in a time of change going from a traditional leadership style to a more progressive style with coaching, mentoring, KPI's, and Continuous Improvement Programs.  They need a leader who can lead change in this plant and function as bench strength for a larger Plant Manager roles. 

This is a 24/7 365 food manufacturing plant with approximately 65 Employees.  These products are packaged for CPG as well as in a bulk format and distributed to other food companies as an ingredient or for further processing. 

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • Must have a hands-on coaching and mentoring leadership style and ability to influence change

  • Experience leading a food or beverage plant in either a Plant Manager or Operations Manager role

  • Must have experience developing processes and systems for a food manufacturing plant

  • Track record of getting results in food manufacturing through the utilization of KPI's

  • Must have exposure to CI program implementation
