Vice President of Sales
The Vice President of Sales will lead the sales department and manages all sales operations. Develops sales department strategies, training staff and setting sales goals.
• Managing all sales team members and processes
• Setting sales goals and quotas
• Creating the sales department budget
• Producing sales forecasts and reports
• Researching the market and competitors
• Training, mentoring and motivating the sales team
• Collaborating with the marketing department to develop effective promotional materials
• Building relationships with customers
Ideal candidates will have the following:
BS degree
Must have 5+ years experience in leading sales of Private label business of wet pet food
Experience leading and developing a sales team
CRM experience is required
The successful candidate must be proficient in MS Office applications, SAP and or other ERP systems
