Vice President of Sales

The Vice President of Sales will lead the sales department and manages all sales operations. Develops sales department strategies, training staff and setting sales goals.

Managing all sales team members and processes

• Setting sales goals and quotas

• Creating the sales department budget

• Producing sales forecasts and reports

• Researching the market and competitors

• Training, mentoring and motivating the sales team

• Collaborating with the marketing department to develop effective promotional materials

• Building relationships with customers

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • BS degree

  • Must have 5+ years experience in leading sales of Private label business of wet pet food

  • Experience leading and developing a sales team

  • CRM experience is required

  • The successful candidate must be proficient in MS Office applications, SAP and or other ERP systems
