Maintenance Manager

Our client is looking for a hands on Maintenance Manager to join one of their best performing facilities. They have dedicated substantial capital to plant improvements across their network and are looking for a leader to drive a strong preventative maintenance program at this site. 

Candidate Profile

  •  Associates/Trade required; Bachelors degree preferred

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing environment with 2+ years in managing teams

  • Food/bev/packaging experience highly preferred 

  • JD Edwards experience a plus

  • Understanding of TPM/CI programs 

  • Ability to drive accountability with a metrics driven approach
