Maintenance Manager

Come to work for a company who is thriving and on target to reach 200% of their target bonus this year!  This role is the top technical person in the plant and has responsibility for capital project leadership as well as managing the maintenance department with a team of close to 30 people reporting up through it. The plant is a high-speed packaging plant with approximately 260 nonunion employees. 

Ideal candidates will have the following: 

  • BS degree

  • Leadership of capital projects of $1 million plus

  • Food or beverage manufacturing experience

  • Leadership experience over the maintenance department

  • Exposure to TPM, Lean or similar CI programs

  • Usage of a formal CMMS program

  • Reliability and preventive maintenance programs
