FSQA Manager

Super-fast growing CPG food company with a wonderful product line is in search of a talented FSQA Manager! Come join a great team and help them attain their high standards for a Quality product. 

This role plans, defines and directs the plant Quality, Food Safety, Sanitation programs to ensure compliance to all procedures and policies to ensure compliance to GMP standards, company requirements, regulatory, federal and local laws. 

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• BS Degree

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading quality and/or food safety leadership role within a food manufacturing plant.

• Ideally GFSI, SQF, FSSC. HACCP and PCQI certified, but they will get you certified with the right background.

• Proven experience in leading and developing direct reports.

• Understanding and working knowledge of SPC.
