Plant Director

We have been retained to find an outstanding Plant Director for an industry leading food company!  Come to work for one of the best work cultures in the country.  This is an opportunity to develop people, process and systems in a large Plant with over 500 associates.  Our client offers strong relocation, benefits and compensation programs. 

Ideal candidates will have the following: 

  • BS degree

  • Must have previous plant leadership experience or large Operations Manager role with multiple departments reporting directly

  • Servant leadership style who coaches and mentors the team

  • Understanding of CI programs such as TPM, Lean or similar programs

  • History of utilizing KPI's to get results and move the bar

  • Desire to move forward into bigger roles within the company

  • USDA experience is a plus
