Plant Manager

This is a high volume ingredients plant with approximately 50 employees. Despite being a small team there is a lot going on at this facility.  This is an opportunity to develop people, process and systems in a growing company adding plants.  This plant makes ingredients for CPG companies. 

The ideal candidate should have the following:

• Developer of people and process

• Familiar with a high volume bulk conversion process

• Must have experience in Food Manufacturing

• Track record of getting results using metrics

• Strong experience utilizing lean tools

• Experience with customer interaction is a plus

• Desire to grow into larger roles in the future
