EHS / HR Manager

This is a fast growing food company who has started up a new plant every 2 years!  They now have seven across the country.  They are searching for an EHS Manager for their largest plant who has the capability of becoming a Director of EHS in the near future.  This role will also learn some HR functions and have responsibility for hourly recruiting, onboarding and compliance. 

Ideal candidates will have experience with the following:

  • BS degree

  • Assertive leadership style with the ability to influence team members

  • Strong safety experience in a manufacturing environment with a preference for food

  • Incident investigation

  • Lockout tagout

  • Confined space

  • Powered industrial vehicles

  • Environmental permitting
