Senior Production Manager

This is a high volume ingredients plant with approximately 50 employees. Despite being a small team there is a lot going on at this facility.  This is an opportunity to be groomed for future plant manager opportunities in a growing company adding plants.  This plant makes ingredients for CPG companies. 

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 3 years of experience as a Production Manager or Shift Manager role in a food or beverage plant

  • Must have a CI mindset with exposure to Lean, TPM or similar CI programs

  • Track record of leading with KPI's and achieving results

  • Assertive developer of people, process and systems

  • This is a hands-on production environment with a lot of time on the floor
