We have been retained to find a talented Food Manufacturing professional who has a track record of leading plant operations to a higher level. 

This is a 250 person food manufacturing plant processing and packaging RTE food products.  This is an opportunity to build a strong team and implement better process and systems to support the business.   

Successful candidates should have the following:

• BS Degree

• Minimum of 10 years in food manufacturing operations leadership

• Desire to engage employees at all levels of the organization creating a values based culture

• Servant leadership style

• Strong track record of developing teams

• A history of achieving results through managing with KPI's and developing a CI mindset

• Ability to lead in a stand alone plant

• Strong sense of urgency and drive to attain results
