Production Manager

Our client is looking for a hands on Production Manager for their flagship facility in Dallas! This role is open due to an internal promotion and we are looking for their next developing leader. 

The right fit will have experience in high speed manufacturing of a CPG liquid product or chemical compounds. They must be a servant leader and be willing to lead change from the front due to the companies growth.  

• 5-8 years liquid filling experience 

• Preference for local Dallas or Texas based candidates 

• Past experience managing supervisors across multiple shifts 

• Understanding of how to mentor and grow a junior team

• Safety first mindset

• Ability to create and implement new SOPs and train the team to them
