Plant Controller

We have been retained to find Plant Controller's for multiple plant locations.  Our client has a great culture and a fully engaged workforce.  This person will act as the copilot to the Plant Director leveraging their financial and analytical expertise and leadership skills in setting strategic direction, identifying financial opportunities, and leading key improvement initiatives. 

Ideal candidates will have the following: 

  • BS degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing with a preference for meat product experience

  • Plant Controller experience

  • Understanding of internal controls protecting assets

  • Proactive out on the floor style

  • Product costing

  • Ability to understand manufacturing process flow and the financial implications of operational performance and process changes

  • History of improving efficiencies, yield and indirect spend

  • Strong experience with development of plant budgets

  • Prefer SAP experience

  • Track record of managing change
