We are retained on a Director of Process Engineering for a high growth product line that is a staple of our clients business. This is a historic family owned company that is an international brand with 20+ sites across the world that is looking to add to their team. The right fit will be a stable background in food/Bev manufacturing that has managed technical end to end innovation to packaging in a liquid/aerosol product in food.  

• BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering 

• 10-20 years of experience in highly technical food/bev engineering process

• Past experience managing an engineering team 

• End to End product engineering managing Innovation through packaging 

• Remote opportunity with travel
