Automation Manager

We are looking for an expert in the factory automation space to join our clients growing team due to a full corporate engineering update! This is a premier client with a rich history of success over the last 75 years! Their products touch every part of the grocery store and food service space. They are family owned and have an international presence with over 20+ plants. This role will have the ability to work remotely with travel based on plant projects, max of 50% travel overall. It will manage a growing team and have the opportunity to help build it out.  

The right profile will have a mix of automation capex management, leadership development, and understanding of automation in relation to robotics, servo models, bagger automation, palletizers and end of line automation.  

• BS degree in engineering field 

• 10+ years in manufacturing automation 

• High technical knowledge of baggers, palletizers, pick/pack operations, end of line automation, robotics, ect. 

• Stable career history in CPG, prefer direct work-not 3rd party

• Ability to travel 50% due to remote role
