This company is experiencing explosive growth! The previous Quality Manager was promoted to a Regional Quality leadership role. This is a smaller facility and an ideal opportunity for a Quality Supervisor at a larger facility to get a promotion to a Quality Manager role or an existing Quality Manager a chance to join a growing business with opportunities for promotion.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • BS in Biology, Food Science or similar

  • 3-5 years supervising quality in a food manufacturing plant

  • Experience with HACCP, SQF, PCQI and FSMA

  • Desire to grow and develop with the company

Duties:

Lead, coach and develop a team of 6 people in the Quality department. Will organize and direct all Quality assurance programs to assure that products conform to customer specifications, SQF Standards, as well as Federal, State, and local standards. Develops and implements all food safety and quality policies and programs for the site. Works with R&D on formulation changes and product development studies.
