Operations Manager

Great company with a strong history of growth and a great family oriented culture. This role is over half of a 500 person food processing plant reporting to the Director of Operations.  Direct reports include 6 supervisors split between 1st and 2nd shift.  3rd shift is sanitation done by a 3rd party vendor.  This plant produces baked and fried products. 

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Servant leadership style

• Track record of developing people

• Must have experience supervising supervisors

• Understanding of KPI's and metrics and how to lead with them

• Exposure to lean, TPM or other continuous improvement programs

• Strong financial acumen

• Capability of managing labor costs

This is a fast paced food manufacturing environment and requires energy and a sense of urgency to be successful.
