Continuous Improvement Manager

We have been retained to find a operations leader with a strong continuous improvement background.  Our client is a fast growing privately held company making private label products in the sunny panhandle of Florida!  They need someone who can coach and develop operations to function at a higher level.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Track record of leading production teams to a higher level of performance

  • Teaching and coaching style

  • Ability to analyze KPI's and lead teams to focus on closing the gaps

  • Participate in daily huddle meetings collaborating with maintenance and production on opportunities

  • Strong influencing, training and development of people and processes

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing in a CI focused environment

  • Exposure to Lean and TPM programs or similar programs is desired

  • Must be promotable and desire to lead operations
