Engineering Manager

Our client is looking to add a new Engineering leader to their team for a major company wide expansion of their engineering capabilities. This is a high profile role in their protein division that will be bench strength for the future. 

They are looking for a hands on leader that fits into their family focused and safety first culture to help bring their engineering projects from start to finish in one of their fastest growing divisions. 

The right fit will have experience in fully cooked protein production with 10+ years experience leading large CAPEX projects $10M-50$+ 

  • BS Degree in Engineering field 

  • 10+ years in food/bev manufacturing-high preference for protein 

  • High level of cross-functional communication 

  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus 

  • Must have plant engineering experience 

  • Relocation provided
