SVP of Supply Chain & Operations

We have been retained to fill a Senior Vice President of Supply Chain & Operations.  Our client has a history of building a great culture, strong innovation, and growth.  The SVP has direct accountability for 2000 employees executing all aspects of the sourcing, manufacturing, and supply chain processes. This role is a part of the Senior Executive Leadership team and is a succession plan hire for the COO role.

We are searching for a leader who can set a vision, a road map to get there and hold people accountable.  Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • Servant leadership style

  • Strong track record of developing people

  • History of achieving results through developing process and systems

  • Leadership of multiple food manufacturing plants

  • Ability to help solve complex manufacturing and supply chain issues

  • Must have food manufacturing experience with a strong preference for experience with meat products

  • Understanding of Procurement, Logistics and Distribution functions

  • Experience developing strategic plans to support growth and the roll out of new products

This role is located in Wisconsin and comes along with an executive compensation package.
