Production Manager

Our client is looking for their next Production Manager due to a promotion from within! This is an exciting role in a company that has had tremendous growth over the last 10 years. The ideal candidate will have 5 years managing direct teams in food or beverage manufacturing, knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and be looking to grow. The position resides on day shift and will be responsible for all production related activities across cross-functional departments.  

• BS Degree 

• 5 years experience in food/beverage manufacturing management 

• Strong crossover experience with maintenance departments 

• Past experience in a world class safety environment 

• Understanding of lean/six sigma methodologies 

• Engineering background a major plus 

• Role is relocation eligible
