Must have Food or Beverage Manufacturing leadership experience.

The Plant Manager is responsible for leading the operations team and giving them the tools to be successful.  Responsible for the planning, directing, operating and controlling of the manufacturing facility in the production and distribution of products at the optimum low cost and within established quality standards.   

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • BS degree

  • Plant Leadership or Operations Manager level experience in a food or beverage plant

  • Ability to set a plant vision, a road map to get there and hold people accountable

  • Strong experience implementing CI programs such as TPM, Lean or similar programs

  • Track record of improving plant performance through utilization KPI's 

  • Servant leadership style removing barriers for departmental managers
