Quality Director

We are searching for a Quality Director for a strong-standing food and beverage manufacturer. This role oversees all Food Safety and Quality programs and systems for the company, and handles regulatory affairs. This individual will also be resposible QA/QC training and cultural development, and will work cross-functionally with leaders in all fuctional areas. *Candidates must have food or beverage manufacturing experience* 

Ideal candidates will have the following: 

  • BS degree

  • Strong experience leading FSQA in a food manufacturing plant 

  • Must have a minimum of 7+ years leading the Quality department in a food manufacturing plant

  • SQF, HACCP and PCQI certifications 

  • FDA and USDA experience are required

  • Servant leadership style with strong communications skills
