Maintenance Manager

Come to work in a Plant where they are spending capital and expanding operations!  Strong senior leadership team is looking for a like minded Maintenance Manager who can help drive results through people, process and systems.  

The Maintenance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment within a food manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this position is responsible for leading and managing the maintenance department to ensure preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting are conducted effectively to minimize downtime and maintain product quality and safety standards. 

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• Bachelor's degree 

• Previous leadership of maintenance in a manufacturing plant with a preference for food or beverage manufacturing

• Experience with reliability programs and CMMS programs

• Track record of getting results
