The Production Manager plays a key role in overseeing and managing all aspects of the production process within the facility. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this position is responsible for leading and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient operations, high-quality products, and adherence to safety, regulatory, and company standards. 

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum of 7 years in food manufacturing or production management 

• Demonstrated experience motivating teams to a higher level through develop and usage of KPI's and CI tools

• History of working in an environment utilizing Lean, TPM or Similar programs
