Senior Manager of FSQA

We are searching for a Senior Manager of FSQA for a food manufacturing plant.  This roles oversees all plant Food Safety and Quality programs and systems for the plant.  FSQA training and cultural development for the plant.  Works cross-functionally with all departmental managers and the plant senior leadership team on such programs and training. Ideal candidates will have the following: 

  • BS degree

  • Strong experience leading FSQA in a food manufacturing plant with RTE products

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years leading the Quality department in a food manufacturing plant

  • SQF, HACCP and PCQI certifications are heavily preferred

  • FDA and USDA experience are required

  • Servant leadership style with strong communications skills

  • Spanish speaking ability is a plus
