We are searching for a Director of Plant Operations for a leading food manufacturing company.  Great company who has state-of-the-art technology and a great company culture.   

Ideal candidates will have the following: 

• BS degree

• Food manufacturing plant leadership experience

• Servant leadership style

• Plant Start-Up or line installation experience

• Strong team building skills

• Exposure to CI Programs such as Lean, TPM or similar programs

• Track record of getting results and improving KPI's
